We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and highly motivated teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Bournemouth as a Flexible PPA Cover Teacher.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to teach across a range of year groups, providing high-quality learning experiences while class teachers undertake their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. The successful candidate will enjoy variety, work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

Experience of teaching in EYFS would be a distinct advantage, although applications from teachers with a strong primary background across other key stages are warmly welcomed.

We need a flexible and inspiring individual to: 

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary age range.
Provide high-quality PPA cover in line with school planning and expectations.
Build positive relationships with pupils throughout the school.
Adapt confidently to different classes and learning needs.
Maintain high standards of behaviour, achievement and pupil engagement.
Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders.
Contribute to our inclusive and nurturing school community.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners.
Is flexible, organised and confident teaching across different year groups.
Has experience within a primary school setting.
Has knowledge or experience of EYFS practice (desirable).
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to providing an inclusive education for all children.
Enjoys working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
