On Wednesday, our Recruitment Director, Vicki, had the pleasure of meeting a fantastic group of Early Career Teachers, many of whom have already worked alongside our Supply Tree teachers and teaching assistants in local schools.
Vicki shared insights into both the rewards and challenges of supply work, as well as how supply teaching can be a valuable way to build experience, confidence, and skills at the start of a teaching career.
We wish them every success as they take their first steps into the world of education and look forward to seeing all they achieve.
