You will be initially interviewed by Vicki, a qualified teacher that understands first-hand what is involved in supply teaching.  Her inside knowledge is extremely helpful when choosing placements to suit your skills.

We genuinely care about our staff. You can talk to us in confidence from 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and Sunday 4.30-9.30pm if you need to.

Also, we are here in the school holidays 9-5pm (Mon-Fri).

The Supply Tree offices are home based in Blandford and Wimborne.  We use our technology wisely to ensure a paperless office culture and aim to minimise unnecessary expenses to keep our costs to schools affordable.

Swift and Decisive action
All eligible staff were furloughed immediately back in March 2020 due to Covid-19 and continued to receive furlough payments throughout the school holidays.  We also furloughed in January 2021 and this continued until schools re-opened in March. When it comes to your pay, you are provided with concise information from the outset.  We are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
