We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a Junior school in Salisbury. This is a part-time position (0.4 FTE), starting as soon as possible.
The Role:
As an Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Years 5 and 6
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the school’s ethos of inclusivity, creativity, and academic excellence
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Has experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6)
- Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Is a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues

Keeping Children Safe in Education
Supply Tree will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
